Presenting in Milan

Buongiorno. I'm here in Milan at the Open Culture: accessing and sharing knowledge conference.  I'm listening to Fabio Vitali describe "ISA" - a cross-platform tool and framework for creating, sharing, and colloborating on, professional documents online.

Once again, it is hot.  It was 39 degrees when I landed last night.  And now, in this old university hall, on the same location where, I'm told, Leonardo Da Vinci performed his anatomical experiments in the 15th century, I am thoroughly overheated.

My presentation, based on this paper, will be a very straightforward account of our work with BEAT over the past year.
